Astrology is a symbolic language, and symbols, as Jung said, are instruments for transforming psychic energy. The soul speaks through metaphors, symbols and archetypes. Jung observed that the best way to integrate the conscious and the unconscious, in the process of analysis and individuation, is in the dialogue between the two, when one seeks the Self as a complete subject. This possibility can occur from the investigation and perception of the unconscious side through symbols and archetypes.
