Course Terms and Conditions

  1. You must be over 18 to register for classes or webinars.
  2. Participants of online classes/webinars do not have intellectual property rights to the class/webinar.
  3. Participants acknowledge that all material seen and heard during classes/webinars is strictly the property of the IAP and the Tutor. You may save the material to your hard drive and print it for your personal use, but you may not reproduce or republish the material. Recordings and materials from courses/webinars must not be made available to anyone; students who do so will be excluded from any future classes/webinars with no refund.
  4. By attending online classes/webinars, you allow the IAP to record and sell the lecture you attended.
  5. While every effort is made to record all webinars and classes, we cannot guarantee that a recording will be available if technical issues make this impossible. The CPA/MISPA cannot be held responsible for the quality of these recordings.
  6. Only the person who signed up for the class/webinar can attend. Class/webinar fee is non-transferable.
  7. The School of Astropsychology is not responsible for any participant of the class / webinars who have not followed the technical instructions to access the class / webinars or who do not have a broadband connection.
  8. Cancelling online classes / webinars. They must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to the class, webinar or course start date and will incur a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 7 days before the class/webinar start date. In the event that a participant is unable to attend the class/webinar, a recorded video of the class will be available to the registered participant.
  9. Participants in a class/webinars will behave properly at all times.
  10. The tutor of the class or webinars is free to use this material to illustrate the workings of astrology as deemed appropriate by that tutor. This may include (for example) notable or notorious people from history, as well as historical events steeped in debate, controversy. The use of such material should not be regarded as necessarily supporting moral values, practices, identifications, prejudices, attitudes,
    lack of inclusion or acts of the past or present, or of any culture.
  11. The tutor of the class or webinars is also at liberty to employ technical astrological terms and pronouns that are in general and accepted usage within the astrological tradition or system practiced by them. These clarifications are made with full knowledge of contemporary sensibilities of race, gender, culture, and age. This will be reflected in the selection, presentation and tone of the course or webinar material.
  12. If the tutor’s right to the class or webinars to select relevant material as detailed above is not respected, a student/participant may be required to leave a course/webinars to avoid interrupting the learning experience of other students/participants. If this happens, the student/participant in question will not be entitled to a refund.
  13. The Tutor has the right to exclude any participant for any reason. If an attendee is excluded from the class/webinars, a refund will be given for classes/webinars not yet held after deducting a 20% administration fee.
  14. School of Astropsychology has the right to refuse any participant to book any classes/webinars.
  15. The program of any class/webinars is subject to change if necessary.
  16. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified on the website.
